How 3PT Healthcare patients consent to receive texts

Patients opt in to text messages during registration with 3PT Healthcare. Registration is completed staff-assisted in the clinic, on a paper intake form, or through our patient portal. As part of registration the patient provides their mobile number and affirmatively agrees to the consent statement shown below. Consent is recorded per patient; only patients who opt in receive messages; and consent is not a condition of treatment.
The messages are limited to appointment reminders and patient care notifications. We do not send marketing, promotional, affiliate, or lead-generation messages.
This is the mobile-number and consent step a patient completes when registering.
