Three Point Healthcare, LLC patient SMS program

Effective June 30, 2026

Three Point Healthcare, LLC ("3PT Healthcare," "we," "us") operates a patient text messaging program for our established patients. This program sends only appointment reminders and patient care notifications (for example, a notice that a secure message is available to view after the patient verifies their identity). We do not send marketing, promotional, affiliate, or lead-generation messages, and this program is not used for any of those purposes.

How you enroll (opt-in)

Enrollment is by your affirmative consent, collected during patient registration (staff-assisted in the clinic, on a paper intake form, or through our patient portal). You provide your mobile number and agree to the consent statement presented at registration. Consent is recorded per patient, and only patients who have opted in receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of treatment.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and care.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. 3PT Healthcare does not charge for the messages; standard rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further texts unless you re-enroll by replying START.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's coverage and conditions.

Your privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead-generation purposes. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. As a healthcare provider, any protected health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA; text messages themselves do not contain protected health information, and any link to clinical content requires identity verification before it can be viewed.
