Notice of Privacy PracticesThree Point Healthcare (3PT)

Welcome to 3PT

At Three Point Healthcare (3PT), we believe better outcomes start with better understanding — of your body, your goals, and your privacy. Our interdisciplinary approach integrates Physical Therapy, Nutrition Counseling, and Behavioral Health to help you feel better, move better, and live better. But just as we treat the whole person, we also protect the whole patient.

Our Privacy Pledge to You

At 3PT, your trust means everything to us. We understand that health information is deeply personal, and we are committed to protecting your privacy at every step. Whether you’re working with a therapist, dietitian, or physical therapist, your data will only be used to improve your care — never to exploit it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Our goal is simple: To give you exceptional care — and to handle your information with the same respect and confidentiality we would want for our own families.

Mobile Information and Text Messaging

When a patient opts in to our text messaging program, we collect their mobile phone number and a record of their consent. We use this information solely to send appointment reminders and patient care notifications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or rent patient mobile numbers or any SMS consent information. We may share information only with service providers who help us operate the messaging program (for example, our messaging delivery vendor), and only to the extent necessary to deliver these messages on our behalf. Those providers are bound to use the information only for that purpose and not for their own marketing or lead generation.

See our Text Messaging Terms & Conditions for full details on the program, and the SMS Opt-In workflow for how patients consent.

Protected Health Information (HIPAA) and Text Messages

As a healthcare provider, 3PT Healthcare handles protected health information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Our text messages do not contain PHI; where a message links to clinical content (such as a secure message), the patient must verify their identity before any health information is shown.
